A weekly exercise group for Children with special needs. Sessions run by Sarah Thorn and Darren Brown. Activities include trampoline, ball games, soft shapes, badminton, parachute games and dance. Fun Fizzical is 90 minutes of fun and games lead by fully qualified instructors. Parents are welcome to stay in the gym or relax in the café area.
